7.2 We are not liable for:

Warranty

Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty.

  • We may refuse returns if items are damaged, altered, or customised.

Refunds

  • Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

9. Termination
