We only share data with third parties as necessary for service delivery, including:

  • Rentman & Stripe ID Checking (for equipment or event bookings)

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

How Long We Retain Your Data

  • Comments and associated metadata are stored indefinitely

  • Orders and booking information are stored for up to 7 years (for tax/legal reasons)

  • User accounts (if created) retain data until manually deleted or requested

  • WooCommerce retains order history unless manually removed

Your Rights Over Your Data

You have the right to:

  • Request an exported file of the data we hold about you

  • Request that we erase your personal data (excluding data we’re required to keep for legal reasons)
